Hi all you fit people! :hello:
I'm not a runner, but I have just started going to excercise classes in an attempt to get my "student body" back. I looked at a photo album recently from when I was at uni .. and it wasn't good ...my gorgeous body seems to have been filled up with cakes.
That's what comes from living with a baker
Anyway, can I join in? I have a target of getting rid of my wobbly bits (triceps, hips, thighs) and fitting into an old pair of trousers that I love desperately but won't even look at me now ...
I think you are all amazing btw... good luck and keep running!

Hey Pania,
Of course - hopefully we can inspire each other! I've just had some lovely homemade soup and wholemeal bread for lunch, so am feeling quite virtuous...
I've got an old photo of me stuck to the fridge to ward off snacking! Apparently, green tea boosts your metabolism .. anyone know if that's right?Self-building fund : £4259

Thanks for the welcome SW, I am trying to do stuff at least twice a week - more toning and fitness than weight loss really..
