Hi
Is there any way I can download my open Amazon listings into Excel? I keep fluffing at all the attempts I keep doing!
Thanks
The downloaded file you get does not usually have a file extension so you may have to change the file name to append a.txt on the end of it before you can open it in a spreadsheet.
Might be different with excel, I use openoffice as it's free! :money:Do You Twitter?

All you have to do is click on it and Windows offers a list of programs you might want to use. Just select Excel and voila2009: Headphones, Nintendo DSi , Baking Kit

how can this happen?
i've received no emails saying the item is faulty or not received. and now they are just going to take the money from my bank account in 2 days
now the fact is i do not even have enough money in my account to cover this, so if they make me overdrawn i will be pretty peeved
i've got about 5 things that i am due to send out on Amazon at the mo' and i'm wondering what's the point if they can just do this.
does anyone know how this can happen?
i have sent an email this evening but not received a reply yet.Where the !!!! has the Shrug gone!just doesn't cut it...:think::huh: and these don't come close

4maxine - seems like it thinks my account does not have sufficient access for this function of Vendornet. I'm only a normal user - are you a pro-seller? I've already tried the "click on it choosing excel" option too - got some message about not being the correct format and headed into junk! Maybe I have old Excel or something.
rare_stuff - hmm I kept getting junk when I tried the *.txt. My OH seems to have managed to do this though ( or so he tells me and will show me when he gets home).
Thanks for your help guys0 -

Have you heard back from Amazon? If not give them a call, there is a freephone number.
They may well have sent you an email that was filtered out as spam, so maybe check there as they usually do send an email in the case of an a-z against you, as well as highlighting this on your seller accouunt page just under your feedback.
Good luck!Do You Twitter?

You can also check for Amazon A-Z Claims on the right hand side of your Seller Account page - just incase emails have not got through to you for whatever reason.
I had this happen to me once (couple of years ago) where someone put in an A-Z claim, I received no emails and it was only when I queried a refund which I had not initiated that I found out it had happened. The customer got their money back and the book arrived shortly afterwards, the customer did not even have to wait the fixed number of days before submitting the claim
