I only realised because I was looking for a book which I was convinced I had but didn't show in the listings, yet I definitely have it listed. When I checked out the number I am below 1000 listed when I should be above 1200 (give or take a few). Unfortunately they aren't on the sold list either..just gone. I understand from the seller forum that this happens randomly so I'll sit and wait for them to come back and hopefully all will be well in a few hours.

I have 8 amazon emails tonight telling me listings have ended. Except when i go to the account and the closed listings section, they are not closed, and are in fact still sitting in the Open section. !!!!!! is going on?

Well after reading this forum and getting hooked I've managed to make 33 sales in 2 months - not enough to retire on but enough to reinvest in more books to sell!

I've read about the occasional nightmare with holiday settings but I'm away next week :j so they've been set and I'll have to hope that everythings ok when I get back!

Promise I'll try and contribute to the forum more when I return - only thing is I can never think of anything interesting to say (including this post I fear!)

I noticed a book section in TK Maxx yesterday which included a few Taschen books, including this one:

But the Amazon listing doesn't mention Taschen... is it a worthless edition? It's the size and weight of three phone books!

Edit: ignore me! I see Amazon does say Taschen. Just wonder what the posting price would be...

I am posting so I can find this thread again! I found a NQT book by Sara Bubb at a charity shop a couple of days ago for £2 but wanted to come home and check the price before I bought it as I got burnt by a Windjammers book a couple of weeks before. Well I got home and it was showing £12 cheapest. Went back next lunchtime and it was gone GUTTED!

Books on social work degrees always do well for and self help books!

HELP!!

I sold a book to someone who had pre-ordered it. It turned out to be the wrong one and she left feedback to the effect that I had sent the wrong one - as she hadnt seen the rather fuller description i had put in my description ( the Amazon database is very vague) though I';d sent the description by email to her. She is happy with the book and is keeping it but has kindly agreed to delete the feedback as it is misleading to others but she cant find the order as it was pre-ordered ... how does she remove the feedback please in this case ( or any case as I've never done it before!)? Any ideas or should I ring Amazon???
