Don't know if this is in the wrong thread but just wanted to know if it was worth my while trying to claim.
We were delayed 5 hours 2 years ago from Manchester to Las Vegas with Virgin. I remember the date but haven't a clue about the flight No, no booking ref etc.
Is there anyway of me finding these details or am I just on a lost cause.
yOU CAN GET YOUR FLIGHT NUMBER BY LOGGING ON TO A SITE CALLED 'FLIGHTSTATS'. IGNORE THE GOOGLE, YAHOO, TWITTER, AND OTHERS AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE AND JUST CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT UNDERNEATH. THEN CLICK ON DELAYS, SELECT AIRPORT, DELETE TODAYS DATE AND TYPE IN THE DATE YOU WANT YYYY-MM-DD, THEN AIRLINE AND CLICK SEARCH...AS FOR BOOKING REF.. I;M STUCK MYSELF..ANY HELP OUT THERE FOR THAT.0 -

I think you have a dead cert claim and it's worth claiming. You need to read the Regulation EU261/2004 as linked in the FAQ's, together with the other information in there.
The FAQ's are a sticky.0 -
Do they not have any address in Europe?0

hi,
i am currently persuing a claim against tui for a delayed flight of more than 4 hours.
i have gone via moneyclaim online which has now been referred to my local court for a hearing on 15th october.
i had a letter from the court saying a hearing fee for £110 is payable a month before the hearing which i will be doing soon.
the part i could do with a bit of help is- in the court letter it says any documents that i am using in my case must be submitted to the court and airline atleast 30 days before the court date. what doscuments will i need??
i was going to take in the invoice that they sent me when i booked the flight, but what else should i send them??
any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to read through entire Thomson thread to understand the quality of information you submit to the Court could well determine the outcome. After you have read through the thread (allow yourself 2 hours) come back and post on there any questions.0 -
Andytricks: I have pm'd you. You have a lot of work ahead!0

Hi all,
advise please, we went on a family holiday to Florida in November 2007 with First Choice, on departure from Orlando Sanford Airport to London Gatwick on Thursday 15th November 2007 we were delayed 24 hours and was put in a hotel overnight with dinner and breakfast.
Checked flight stats but does not show delay, only shows flight leaving the following day
I have no documents just remember the dates is there any point going through with this? be good to hear peoples thoughts and from anyone on that was on same flight
thanks in advance
