What was the flight number on your boarding card?

Did you get the aircraft registration on the side of the aircraft?

    Hi

Flight number on boarding card P7642.

Didn't get the registration - possibly an Airbus 319?
This is the website if any use : http://flyavex.com/fleet

    Thanks

So does that mean I address to Small Planet and quote the original flight number? As for the arrival time, is an estimation still accetpable or do I need the actual time?
    Thanks

    Hi

Flight number on boarding card P7642.

Looks like this was flown on 18.07.13 by LY-VEU a 319 Airbus.
Your estimate of times will be ok however I will look up and hopefully post.
If you put registration (not flight number) into http://www.antonakis.co.uk/acars.php?page=request
it should give you log details of flight.

Small planet with the flight number from the boarding card.

Just give your estimate arrival time, that's when the wheels hit the runway, not at the gate or later.

I would say you have a very good chance but to obtain a 'result' you will probably have to go NBA letter route and maybe even go to court.

    Thanks

Another quick thought - reading the guide again it mentions that if a package holiday you should contact the tour operator. We booked via Olympic directly so in this case should we send to Olympic rather than the airline? We had an ATOL email confirming it was a package holiday.

I assume send recorded post, not email?
    Thanks

You need to show willing and turn up for mediation as that is one of the court's favourites at the moment. If you case is like most then you will be in the right and you just need to stick to the facts.
There isn't generally any need to 'turn up' anywhere when your case is on the small claims track. It is likely to be done by shuttle over the phone.

My experience of the process is here :
