    Up to you to decide whether you want to ask for postponement. Personally, I doubt there's anything in their defence that makes a difference.

    Oh the engineers witness statement is not signed or dated lol

    Just witness statements from head of operations only 3points made by him....it cost monarch 2,500 to 3000 to reposition the aircraft...then claims manager...explaining her role and the 28day period for dealing with the claim...Lol we were unlucky and the volume of claims made it difficult.....

    Me as well - my (second) defence from Monarch wasn't signed/dated either however as they were a month late in submitting to me I presume there was a reason! Judge still allowed the defence to be presented anyway.

    Ask the court to rule it inadmissible. Witness statements must be verified by a statement of truth. See HERE.
