hi, im just wondering how do i claim for flights i was delayed on from 2008, the company went bust but i dont know who i flew with or what date i exactly went, anyone know how i find these things out, or how i go about finding out how to get these details, thanking you,

ps flights were from crete to belfast in 2008 approx sept , or oct and i think it was booked with comapny XL, any info please advise
Didn't XL go bust? If that's the case, you can't claim even if you can pin down your exact flight details0 -

Hi All,
We were delayed for approx 26 hours with Thomas Cook back in October last year on a flights from Dalaman to Belfast.
Will we be entitled to claim for this under the new ruling? Is Dalman classed as EU?

I know I have asked some daft ? myself, but i do keep re-reading the FQA's...
with regards the ZB3566 of Oct, odd how only 2 posts and claims ot have been paid!!!! never any further postings after that... so can we really be sure?... :A0
