  • Sorry if this has already been asked but... is the compensation, ie 400 euro, per person or per booking?

i will then consider going to a claims company

    Note to self:

Must quickly setup "Claims Company" and rip off airlines and passengers as per the PPI Co's, Bank charges Co's and Injury claims Co.

With resultant effect of hiking up everyones airfare.

I'd hang around an airport for 3 hours for 600 euros:beer:
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

Unfortunatly our delay was for 16 hours, from an airport miles away from anything, with no transportation of our own. With our car back home in a pay-per-day carpark, the pets at home on their own (had been fed night before by sister who left that day as we were due to be back that night) and the airline refusing to give us phonecalls.

Not a great situation and certainly worth compensation imo.

    Hi!

I'm sure I saw a link on here where I can find the official reason my flight was delayed. I've tried searching but can't find it for the life of me.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

    Many thanks

For those who don't want to do this themselves I've found this claims company which has relatively low fees of either £14 or £20.50. I'm not recommending them and have only glanced through the site. However I did put my own delayed flight details in there just to see what it came up with and it tallies with what I thought.
