The description on the site was terrible though, no road name, just that it's between a town/village and a bridge name that no body in the entire world actually knows.

Dual carriageways

A dual carriageway is a road which has a central reservation to separate the carriageways.

So it can be a single lane in each direction. What makes it a dual carriageway is the central reservation, which doesn't have to have a physical barrier.
