ha ha - oh dear - ive just put a batch in the oven too - on the top shelf above my nana bread. Boyfriend had been nagging me that there was yoghurt left in the fridge (4 days past its date) and the bananas were a bit too ripe (about a week over) so i thought 'oh stuff it' and whipped up a nana bread with them. then 4 year old piped up that he wanted twinks so we madfe them too. Oats are now a stable in my house along with golden syrup!
i put my twink hobnob mix in a tray though so i make a sort of twinkie tray bake which is noce - chunky squares of hobnobs . Have to strike a deal with 4 year ld though - he gets the spoon to lick afterwards and i get to smoosh it into the tray cos they my hands get all sticky and i can lick my fingers instead.Time to find me again0 -

Proud to be dealing with my debts0 -
and really impressed. They were so easy to make and taste so good. Only downside is I have eaten 4 so far (not good for the figure) so I've locked them in the cupboard.
Going to try them with some spices next time and maybe a little fruit. Can see these becoming popular in this house.
Thanks again Twink0 -
no need for thanks folks i just supplied the recipe you are all expert bakers
