    no i didnt know that but thanks all the same :D made another batch myself today dgs1 has his sports day on tuesday afternoon so they will keep his blood sugars up

    Twinks - i hope you dont mind but i have given my mum the recipe and she is taking it back to where she lives - cyprus..she is going to give it to her friends out there too :P Hope you dont mind. I think she is going to half the recipe as i told her it makes alot..so she going to half it

    i dont mind at all what anyone does with the recipe, tell your Mum the biscuits do freeze if she wanted to instead of making half quantity

    Would like to say thanks to twink for the reciepe. Although had to half the ingredients. My kids love them, no suprise there, but even hubby scoffs them. Lovely and gooey when still warm from oven. Better than brought ones any day.

  • Made some of these today, didn't have enough white flour so used a mix of white and wholemeal, approx 1:2, and they are pretty good *munches*
