Well, it's been a lovely day twink - hope you've all had one, too.
Here's the biz on the splendid Reach Fair:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reach,_Cambridgeshire - Fair was granted its Charter by King John in 1208.
The village is closed to cars, so one disembarks where one can, then begins the happy mile or 2-ish walk along to the Green. Today, it was all skylark and other birdie song, dizzy scents of man-high cow parsley, rape, hawthorn, may blossom, wild apple, and the verges massed and sprawled with wildfowers.
So good for the soul - just like your hobnobs, twink.

I am extremely anxious about my Weightwatchers visit on Wednesday, given the hobnobs production flurry......I gave only half to L., dangerously leaving the rest here, which I WILL take into Charity day tomorrow.......promise.

I made some of these biscuits last Friday night for part of my Mum's birthday present on Saturday. To make hers a bit special I put a dollop of dark chocolate on top of each which made a nice contrast. I'm now in love with them and everyone who tried one said how nice they were - thanks!

I WAS GOOD - did indeed take rest of batch into Charity today(except I managed to eat a couple with cup of tea in bed last night.)
    Weigh-in tomorrow night.
