What are they like once defrosted, are they soft?
I assume they will only take an hour if that to defrost.0 -

Thanks for the recipe Twinks, I made these yesterday and they are gorgeous!
I made some small'ish hob nobby ones and some that are more like cookies. I also added Belgium dark chocolate chips to the second half of the batch and they are incredible.Piglet

I have just made a batch of Twinks Hobnobs and they have turned out wonderful..I am a pretty hopeless cook when it comes to baking so these must really be foolproof
I want to try to make them with other bits in next, maybe nuts or fruit - has anyone done this? and if they have, can they tell me if they just threw them in as extra to the recipe or replaced some of the other ingredients....
Cheers and thanks Twink for your fab recipe...:TJun GC £250.00/£12.40 NSD 3 / 30

Today I made bread it is lovely my son 21 came in from work and said can't we have real normal bread, he took a loaf out of freezer of sliced white bread says it is better for sandwiches ,don't no why I bother.
Ohhh tell me about it!!!!!! cakes, biscuits and all other meals are fine but dh does not like HM bread.... no matter what type I make... he moans "it makes a mess when you cut it" or " 'real' bread is better for sandwiches"
 I have given up slightly on the bread front... but now bread is shooting up even more in price (£1.09 for a tesco bakery loaf  )... I am going to start making it again - being more filling.. we use less and therefore save!0 -

yes you can add dried fruit or nuts, just add to the mix, dont use too much dried fruit though as the hobnobs will be too sweet0 -
