sb44 - now that sounds good! I've made my last lot with fruity oats as OH didn't like them for breakfast and the raisins give them a nice taste. The rum would be fab for a special occasion!0

Hi all,
Just made my first batch of these delicious biscuits. First time I've ever made biscuits :T
Two questions for you more experienced bakers:
1) Can you freeze them?
2) If so, would I have to lie them all flat somehow so they don't defrost in a big lump.
Sorry, told you I was a novice!0 -
glad you liked them sleepybookworm, if i freeze mine its usually in a plastic container like an ice cream box and the biscuits stay seperate, no need to apologise, well done for making them0

I know you use Utterly Butterly Twink don't know if you are aware that Utterly Butterly is on offer at Tesco at the minute, half price so 52p for 500g.
Has anyone frozen this brand? If it is freezable I think I may stock up whilst it is on offer and before the price goes up as everything else seems to be at the minute.0 -
