:D Oh well never mind. I'm sure Twink's feelings won't be hurt. Maybe you could try a batch of Anzacs instead.

If we can put a man on the moon...how come we cant put them all there?

  • mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm............ made my first batch last night and have taken (some) in to work today and they have been hoovered. I think I may have made them slightly large as I only got 26 from the batch!!! and the mix was a bit dollopy (runny) but still very edible. I will try some with sultanas next and some with coconut ......

I made these on Friday and I made them too big! They tasted lovely but more cake like than biscuit like, which I think is down to the size. They spread so much they joined into each other and ended up more like hexagons.

How big does everyone make the balls? Someone mentioned using a melon baller but I don't have or need one of them. Would a teaspoon or tablespoon sized ball be ok?
