well twink what can i say my 8yr old made these yesterday and i have you now to thank for the weight that will transfering itself to the belly/bum/hip region as these were delish so got to make even more today as we scoffed them all hehe and this time DKs want to melt chocolate and put that on 1 side

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm............ made my first batch last night and have taken (some) in to work today and they have been hoovered. I think I may have made them slightly large as I only got 26 from the batch!!! and the mix was a bit dollopy (runny) but still very edible. I will try some with sultanas next and some with coconut ......

I have to make batch number 3 this weekend. My last lot after going initially hard cos the butter was too warm, went nicly squishy after little un didn't put the lid back on the box properly :whistle:0

oh shame, third time lucky then but as i said the hobnobs are nice crumbled on top of stewed fruit,into yoghurt and onto icecream if they dont turn out quite right0 -
I made these on Friday and I made them too big! They tasted lovely but more cake like than biscuit like, which I think is down to the size. They spread so much they joined into each other and ended up more like hexagons.
How big does everyone make the balls? Someone mentioned using a melon baller but I don't have or need one of them. Would a teaspoon or tablespoon sized ball be ok?0 -

probably about the size of a walnut and press with a fork, if i am feeling mean i get about 55, about 40ish is a better size0
