think of all the healthy porridge oats you have eaten, spendaholic
but i find they are more filling than a bought biscuit so one is enough with a cup of tea whereas i would likely eat three or four rich teas

Just had to add a few extra ingredients to my shopping basket - you lot have made me hungry!
Going to make some with dd on Tuesday as shopping comes tomorrow evening - can't wait.
Btw, a tip for all you weight watchers out there:
If you break cookies in half most of the the calories fall out and if you also eat it in secret, the remaining ones don't count!:rotfl:

As I overindulged to such an extent on these yesterday (I made 40 and there are only 16 left now:o , although DD2 and ex OH ate a good few..), I thought I would run them through the Weight Watchers online recipe builder and work out the points. I was amazed to find that, based on getting 40 biscuits out of the mix, each hobnob is only 1 point. Given that they are so filling (my stomach is still full after yesterday....) I think that two or even three a day would work in my plan quite well, and might help to stave off the hunger pangs which sabotage my diet almost every evening..Jane
