yum! - just made my first batch today. I childmind 1 after school for 3 boys who have hollow legs and I was getting a bit fed up with spending so much on after school snacks ( I dont get paid for it, and the mum never packs anything for them) - + my 3. Will be doing these, but will make up the mix and freeze it ahead of time. I'll try the melon baller - at last a use for it !!!0

can you freeze either the uncooked mixture or the bake biscuits? thanksOne day I will live in a cabin in the woods0

The mixture freezes fine. The biscuits don't last long enough to make it to the freezer in hereIt's what is inside your head that matters in life - not what's outside your windowEvery worthwhile accomplishment, big or little, has its stages of drudgery and triumph; a beginning, a struggle and a victory. - Ghandi0

thanks jackie glasgow, thats our problem too though:o, thats why i wanted to no if they freeze, i have 4 kids and me and hub love them to, especially lately ive been making them thin and putting choc on them yumyum:p i could do with making 3 quantities worth on a sunday night so i can freeze 2 portions worth then cook when needed;), i think i will either freeze in little balls (open freeze then bag) or flatten, opened freeze, then bag, i may be able to cook from frozen then? what do you think?:think:One day I will live in a cabin in the woods0

O-M-G!
This is so goodNot so good for my waistline
I just traybaked the 'original' (a half batch) this afternoon and scoffed about 1/3 of it. Made with butter and reduced sugar @170g, may even reduce more next time. Thanks Twinks :T:T:TMoney is not the root of all evil.
It depends on how you obtain it and how you use it.

Just have to say these are amazing! I find they work better as a traybake - the uncooked mixture is also LUSH!0
