Has anyone tried these with peel? I've got a recipe which a often use for 'orange crisps' was wondering what orange peel would be like in them or something to try and report back on? Will post orange recipe if anyone interested, I like it as really easy!

Oh my goodness but they are good!!! Thanks Twink :D

I've been meaning to try them for ages and finally got around to it last night. I had to try one or two as they cooled so that I could accurately compare to when they were cold ;)

I made these yesterday and would also like to say 'thanks' again for the recipe! They are really great, I will remember to put smaller circles into oven next time though, as they came out about 4" wide lol!

And, hubby has taken THREE to work with him today  I spoke to him on the 'phone at dinner and he said the lads are all very jealous :T

  • Hello! Just a quick question because the usually fab twinks hob nobs I just made are not very nice! I didnt have any self raising flour in so I used 4oz plain flour with 2 tablespoons of baking powder. Everything else I left the same. Now we are eating them and they taste really strange and are making our tongues sore!! What on earth have I done? I hope I hope I don't make anyone ill!

2 table spoons!!!!! I would have used the normal amount of plain flour with about half a TEASPOON of the baking powder!
No wonder they arent nice, I wouldnt eat them hun!
