Made these for the first time yesterday. Did half the batch as biscuits and the other half as a traybake and cut it up into squares (just to experiment!)
They are very yummy!
Next time I'm definitely going to try drizzling chocolate over them! :EasterBun0 -
I was really fed up this afternoon because of the rain and then thought of making Twink's Hobnobs. I'm all cheered up now!
What a good idea to do them as a traybake - it will make them even quicker.0 -

Hi all,
Just time for a quickie - can I make twinks with honey instead of syrup? If so what sort of result will I get, or is it more sensible to make flapjacks?
Please feel free to move or merge me afterwards, I've just not got time to go through the search results today!

I used honey in my first batch because I didn't have any Golden Syrup in my store-cupboard and they came out brilliantly. I've used the syrup in subsequent batches and didn't notice any difference.0
