Does that make you a twinkaholic?:D
  • These went down sooo well, will definately make more! Only problem was I didn't realise they would expand as much as they did, so I ended up with 'tray bake' Hob Nobs!! However, I used some fun cookie cutters on them whilst they were still soft, so we had lots of different shaped Hob Nobs!

I'm sure it's in here somewhere but not sure where.

Can someone please tell me at what stage they add their chocolate chips to their mixture?

I did make some with choc in once but it melted and I don't think the chips were big enough as you couldn't really taste them. Perhaps I should have also put some cocoa powder in.

    Ta!

Made my first batch of Twink's hobnobs today, used muesli and butter (very naughty). Truly, truly scrumptious!

omg we ran out and hubby and boys have been moaning , promise to make some more 2moro
  • Hi,

I made my first batch of these just now, and used butter. But they have a slightly stale aftertaste. :( Does anyone know why that might be? They have a lovely texture and everything, just an odd aftertaste.

    Thanks in advance!
