These went down sooo well, will definately make more! Only problem was I didn't realise they would expand as much as they did, so I ended up with 'tray bake' Hob Nobs!! However, I used some fun cookie cutters on them whilst they were still soft, so we had lots of different shaped Hob Nobs! :beer:Wannabe Debt Reducing Machine

I'm sure it's in here somewhere but not sure where.
Can someone please tell me at what stage they add their chocolate chips to their mixture?
I did make some with choc in once but it melted and I don't think the chips were big enough as you couldn't really taste them. Perhaps I should have also put some cocoa powder in.

            Hi,
I made my first batch of these just now, and used butter. But they have a slightly stale aftertaste. Does anyone know why that might be? They have a lovely texture and everything, just an odd aftertaste. Does anyone know why that might be? They have a lovely texture and everything, just an odd aftertaste.
 Thanks in advance!
