I have never froze them sorry, I do make up a lot and keep them in a tin. Then if we get up late, they are breakfast on the go.:wave: Wins in 09 = A vodka cocktail kit thing lol, £150 Amazon voucher.0

Hi i am a regular maker of Twinks' hobnobs and chocolate chip version (my 6 yr old loves them!) but as i always make lots has anyone tried freezing them after cooking?Just wondering what they turn out like when defrosted - didn't want to do it if they end up soggy as i don't want to waste any thanks!
i have frozen some and they are ok but dont stay crisp as long once out as if you just keep them in a tin0 -

For me it has to be the stem ginger variation closely followed by coconut and cherry .But due to my waistline rapidly expanding and a holiday booked for May ,I will have to forgo the pleasure of them.0

They freeze well un baked - roll the dough, cut out and open freeze, bag up then bake as needed post 1153 has a lot of the variations and hints
