Just seen on the tracker our valuation has been now been assessed. No other requests or actions outstanding. I assume a decision is next.
Our valuation is being done tomorrow, do you know when yours was done?
Any update on your natwest application ?
They asked our broker to send in payslips on Monday and the valuation has been booked for today. No other update after that we are hoping to hear at least something today or tomorrow.

New to this (however lurking for a while!) and the waiting is killing me - my anxiety levels are definitely through the roof!
I'm using a MA, AIP through Halifax given on the 11th June, full application submitted on the 15th and paid valuation fee (hard search on CF that day).  No other documentation has been requested other that what I provided to MA in advance of my application.
MA advised on the 18th that it all looked fine and application was now just subject to satisfactory valuation.
Anyone know how long Halifax are taking with scheduling valuations? (It's a new build not due for completion until Oct).
For me personally, this has been a long time coming and I'm trying not to get my hopes up - am I right in thinking that if there were any issues these would have been highlighted by now?

Our  Physical Valuation just came back for the amount we applied for - so good news so far!

Not just to wait to see if the underwriters approve the mortgage... fingers crossed!!

Good luck everybody, lets try and all keep each other positive, it's a nerve racking time for us all!
We have been renting for years and its getting so expensive, If we get the green light we will be £250 per month better off and with 2 kiddies every penny helps!
    Keep us updated!
£750 a month better off for us! The joys of renting in London... Our mortgage would be half the price of our rent - criminal really!
Went to full application this morning on a Halifax mortgage (FTB also) and it seems as though they are making us jump through several hoops already, which makes me very nervous!

    Good luck on your application.

HSBC-ers.. how long are you looking?
We applied last Thurs, after tons of issues with brokers having the number of apps they can make limited and website downtime.. advisor was great but is our pain likely to end soon.. or in weeks?

Our HSBC application was submitted on 10th June. They did a desktop valuation on 18th and we're not waiting for final sign off by the underwriters. We've not been asked for any extra documents during that time, and we are a fairly straightforward case - both employed with a 70% LTV. I'm hoping we'll hear tomorrow. Waiting is so hard.

Three months later I am still waiting for Barclays to issue us an  offer. I think I am gradually losing the will to live lol.

We submitted our application in March and have experienced numerous technical issues. Had our valuation done on 16 Jun and submitted a cladding EWS1 report to them today,  our LTV is <30% .I was told their IT team is waiting for their Indian outsourced team to come back with an approval so they can fix the issue on their system. I feel I have been dragged into this black hole...so much anxiety and uncertainty involved.
