After over 6 long weeks I’ve had a text from HSBC to say my offer documents are on the way by email.
Sadly no email yet though, does anybody know how long the email usually takes to come through? Hoping they’re offering us the full amount requested!
This is good news!! Congrats im sure it will be the full amount and the email will be coming soon :D:D

Hurrah! That’s fabulous news, I completely forgot that you had yours with HSBC.
I didn’t even get the email but I did get the text and I was jumping up and down the house with pure joy. The other half got the email pretty much 10minutes after the text message.

    Hi all,
Barclays full application submitted via a broker on 9th June for a purchase with a low tier LTV. No further updates but I presume things are snowed under at the moment. Hoping they don't require a physical valuation!

Thanks guys! :) Still no email so I guess I’ll wait for my mortgage advisor to forward it on tomorrow, the text did come very late in the day. Such a relief, I just can’t celebrate properly until I’ve laid eyes on it haha.
Fingers crossed for everyone else still waiting!!
  • Hello I have submitted an application to Skipton on 12th June. All quiet not heard anything yet. Trying to stop feeling anxious!

@yelaro @Bowley so should I be waiting to get a text rather than info from mortgage advisor? I've not had any direct contact from HSBC yet :/

@caw379 expect a text before the mortgage advisor. We didn’t have any direct contact with HSBC until that text yesterday.

    Oh, that's interesting!
  • @josie01234 - i mean our application has been "accepted" in the sense that it has been logged in Skipton's systems and assigned a case number. Did you apply via a broker? Have you been tracking your application progress via their website?
