Just seen on the tracker our valuation has been now been assessed. No other requests or actions outstanding. I assume a decision is next.

I’m waiting for a valuation. It was instructed 14 days ago and nothing yet. We are in Scotland and things seem to be moving slowl

Halifax have come back on our application asking about a very slight descrepancy (like £70) in my paycheck to what my salary is stated, turns out my company slightly miscalculated my pay for May as I moved from part time to full time hours midway through the month, which made the paycheck higher than it was meant to be. Have sent them my June paycheck but this seems very finickity of the underwriter right? Could this be a deal breaker?

I think it’s the nature of the job. I was requested to submit my SA302 for 2 years, then they requested my tax year overview, then an accountants certificate (each of these numbers say exactly the same thing!) just seems they like you to jump through hoops and check everything! 

£70 seems very petty, over a course of a year, it’s only £840

My application started on the 11th I'm past valuation but no offer at present I'm due to hear something today or tomorrow
