    Hi all!

Anyone have current timescales on Nationwide?
Existing nationwide customer 5 year fixed at killer rate.
High equity sale porting only to avoid stupid 5k redemption fee on 98k.
Self employed now so a bit anxious!!
    Offer made and accepted 20/9
    Dip 19/9
    Full application 26/9
    Valuation booked 03/10

Anxiously waiting to see if they want a blood sample to prove I can meet the mortgage I have been double paying all year!!

    Prayers appreciated :A:A

Used Santander's online application as we knew the product we wanted and it's been pretty straight forward and communication has been good, timeline as follows:

18/09 - Application submitted and DIP received
19/09 - Documents requested (payslips, P60 and 3 months bank statements)
20/09 - Query on one doc so had to get another copy
25/09 - Notification to advise application approved
26/09 - Identification pin received to confirm address submitted
26/09 - Message received to advise valuation already done and offer and copy of valuation will be sent with mortgage offer

Kind of a bit weird now as I'm assuming they're putting the valuation report together along with the offer to send out but to get this far in just over a week I'm quite pleased with.

14/09- Got the valuation back and all okay. One more hurdle crossed!

26-09: Still waiting. After the case going to the underwriters last Thursday it now seems our case has been randomly selected for an internal audit. They refuse to say how long this may take which isn't greatly helpful when trying to keep everyone updated on progress.
