Thankfully the stresses are over, we've have notification today from Santander that following the internal audit they did on our application we've been accepted and our offer is in the post and a copy to our solicitor, valuation was done (we didn't even no!).
Waiting game is nerve racking but so glad we're over the line now!!0 -

I applied with Kensington thru my MA on friday last week, After failing with Halifax and had a reduced offer from TSB. I was told 24hrs for an initial contact for more info then 48 hrs for decision.... although all the reviews are saying weeks. I am now in week 5 since my offer on a house was accepted and i am chased by the estate agents for when the valuation will be booked in constantly. its draining and i am losing the will...... is it really going to take weeks???!!! i am hoping by the end of the week. They have had every piece of info available. they cant surely ask for much else.0
