  • Wow ispooky666 so all has gone quite quick since you had your mortgage offer really.
My solicitors haven't done a thing yet, haven't filled out a thing I'm hoping their part doesn't drag on too long.

I'd be so happy to have my keys in March and be done with this anxiety!
  • I phoned the HSBC mortgage line this morning to try and get an update and make sure they had everything they needed. I was the told that because I'd applied in branch they weren't able to talk to me and I needed to talk to the in branch advisor. That's great - but he only works part time and isn't in until Wednesday. Ho hum, more waiting......
Also - isn't it annoying that you can't actually speak to your own branch!!!?
  • After receiving our DIP early last month uur full mortgage application was submitted to the Abby this morning by our mortgage advisor, Im soooo nervous its not even funny. I think Im going to be a bag on nerves until we get the decision.
  • The waiting is proving to be the worst part!

Had my valuation on Thursday said we would find out the result within 48hours. Stupid weekend got in the way am now a bag of nerves waiting for a call. Hoping I will have my mortgage offer by the end of the day!?
