    After the valuation is complete they have two working days to get the report back to Nationwide. Shouldn't be very long after that to receive an offer.

    We are still waiting on a text to even say they have received the valuation. That was done on Friday past. Nationwide need an employers form filled out though, we got word yesterday so I don't know if that has any impact on it.

    Our mortgage is approved subject to valuation – valuation happened on Friday and we got a letter through today from Countrywide valuing the property at what we're paying for it :T

    Hopefully, hopefully, we'll get confirmation this week from HSBC...

    Got our mortgage offer in the post today woohoo!

    Timeline:
    2nd viewing/offer/offer accepted 27/05/17
    Dip and full mortgage app 01/06/17
    Valuation carried out 13/06/17
    Mortgage company called to confirm details and offer mortgage 23/6/17
    Offer landed on the mat 27/06/17
    So made up! Now to wait for a date for exchange from the solicitor.
    Good luck to you all, it's a good job I have acrylics on as it's a nail biting time! Xx
