Anyone else find themselves dreaming about this night after night? I'm obsessively refreshing the tracker and my credit reports. Chased advisor yesterday for an update. Is it better to keep chasing? Will they harry the lender and things will get looked at further or should I leave them alone?0

I keep getting texts from natwest asking for 'outstanding information shown on our tracker' but when I log into the tracker there is nothing asking for outstanding information. The underwriter rung me 7-10 days ago saying the mortgage had been agreed subject to the valuation , which took place yesterday along with a building survery. I can see they have received the valuation report but that's it everything else has been actioned and completed!0

Advisor came back to me, lender wanted more bank statements for proof of deposit. Sent them through already this morning. Another weekend to wait.0

Hi Guys,
Decided to join the forum to hopefully get some advice from people also waiting for their Natwest Mortgage.
We are using a broker and they fully submitted our application on Tuesday, timeline so far...
28/02 - Full Application Submitted
01/03 - 3 months statements and 3 months Payslips requested (sent straight in via email)
Valuation fee debited from my account
03/03 - 2 Proofs of address and Passport or Driving Licence requested (for my husband only) - These had to be originals so sent them this morning to my broker.
I've spoken with the seller of the property we are buying and they haven't had any request for a valuation yet? Is this normal? I assumed Natwest requested valuation on Day 1 of application, I'm now worried something may be wrong.
Anyone else have a similar experience with Natwest, if something was wrong with the application would I have normally heard by now. Broker seems confident everything is fine but that doesn't stop me worrying.0 -

Full application was made on the 21st of January and after going back and forth and waiting for an eternity, we had the valuation done on the 28th of Feb and were today today that we will hear back from them next friday. They must have one guy working on all applications, I cant think of no other reason it takes them so long to look at cases.
Best of luck!!0 -

Full mortgage application made (Halifax): 4th Feb
Credit checks: 4th Feb
Survey money taken: 4th Feb
Extra info requested: 7th Feb
Homebuyer's survey booked: 13th Feb
Survey conducted: 16th Feb
Verbal confirmation of satisfactory valuation: 24th Feb
Verbal confirmation survey report on it's way: 27th Feb
Told it will be 72hrs for offer: 1st March

I'm finding the timeline extensions soooo frustrating. I thought they were supposed to be good at maths! Not very impressed with Halifax, by all accounts they're supposed to be one of the fastest but we've had over a month since submitting full application....0 -
Oh dear rororoyourboat! that sounds exhausting.
Im submitting my application to Halifax on Monday.
Hope its not as long a wait in Northern Ireland. Are you in England?0 -
