I will not be happy if I have to wait over another weekend - all talks of moving are on hold until we know the mortgage offer is in

My income has now been verified and the valuation report is scheduled for the 06/03?

Does this mean I have passed the Credit Checks and underwriting process?

A lot of MA or lenders don't so the valuation untill most things are complete.

So I would say your safe.

But don't take my word for it. Someone will be along with more info Shortly.

You all have inspired me to start nagging my MA even though the valuation was only yesterday.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if we all heard by Friday evening? Fingers crossed!

Just found out that there's been a search recorded on my credit file at the day when we submit my application from NationWide and bank of Scotland .

Nagging the MA paid off! He just emailed to let me the valuation came back fine and the mortgage is approved. WOO HOO

I wonder what happens next...

Update! My case is now being processed for offer and I should be receiving one in the next 48 hours! Wooooo!!
