Hello jessnat- what was the process/timescales with Precise. We submitted application on Thursday. Hard credit check and valuation taken Friday. Precise requested p45 from previous teaching job today and a letter from my new school to confirm no probation period and permanent position from Jan onwards. They also requested land lines for mine and my husbands employer. Is this a good sign? Or could they keep requesting more and more!! Really anxious :rotfl:w

Mortgage offer received at 12:52 by text - paperwork being sent out!!

    So:
23rd Feb Offer accepted by vendor + solicitor instructed.
27th Feb Mortgage appointment with Nationwide.
    07th March - Mortgage offer.

Survey booked for 13th March. Fingers crossed for a good outcome!!

Boxes arrived today so will start packing this week.... Hurrah!!
  • Heard from my advisor this morning who says:

"they are just waiting on the senior underwriter to do his final checks and you will receive the offer, which is great!"

so from that I'm assuming offer will be made to full value and I can stop panicking.

    03/03 - Re-write received by the lender
06/03 - Valuers sent the re-written home report instead of the transcript (i'm in Scotland remember) then we were told it would take 48 hours for the Lenders to go over the transcript once received, but that our case had also been escalated.
07/03 - Received an email from our solicitor saying the sellers were getting itchy and wanted to move the process forward due to their circumstances.
    08/03 - Mortgage offer *received* - :j:j:j:j:j

Does anyone know if the lender will do another credit check before the house send the money over ? Got offer but house isn't going to be ready for 10weeks.

Just curious more than anything else

Was the 9th Feb the last time you submitted any paperwork Precise requested?
