Lender just phoned me to 'check things'. Wanted me to confirm my name, address, phone number, email, employment status and address of purchase. Then said that was it and he was likely to make a decision today.
Feels a bit weird really.0 -

Date case offered Pending Action Pending
Date Certificate of Title received Pending Action Pending
Proposed date of completion Pending Action Pending
Date mortgage completed Pending Action Pending
1 - 27 February 2017, 11:22:22
2 - Pending Decision - Information Required
We know from the vendor that the valuation has been carried out Friday 3rd March
We have chased our Broker today who has told us that it's waiting with the Senior underwriter.
It says todays date as date case underwritten but number 2 (information required) could this just be the valuation report? or might it be something else?
I noticed yesterday that Skipton had set up the direct debit from my bank account - is this a good sign?
It's been 8 working days today - am I just being totally impatient? I'm so nervous - I feel sick!
thank you in advance for any advice0 -
KTaneva - I have my fingers crossed for you!!! Surely you will hear today or tomorrow?!

Hey
Wouldn't worry about the number next to case underwritten as we literally got our offer through from skipton on Saturday and it still shows that.
Best of luck ours came through really quickly after the valuation came back.

Chris
oooh thank you I do hope so, it's such a nerve wracking process isn't it when your dream home rests on one persons decision
Well done on getting your offer, I really hope ours isn't far behind yours now

Hi folks, not posted before in the thread but we received an email from our mortgage advisor earlier saying he had received a phone call from Natwest today telling him our mortgage has been fully approved and to expect a copy to be sent out in the next 48hrs.
So is that it then? Are there more hurdles to come?''He who takes no offence at anyone either on account of their faults, or on account of his own suspicious thoughts, has knowledge of God and of things devine.''0 -
Oh no. We have have had to send more Info in along the way. That is when the app was sent in0
