Anyone want to join me? Awaiting Mortgage decision...

I have sent an angry email to the 'head broker' about the dismal service I have been receiving. Am I wrong to want updated on how my application is going and expect them to inform me with swift diligence whats required of me, especially when I have paid for this service? I'm not much of a complainer but they are taking the mick now and I'm hoping this will give them a kick in the backside. Alternatively, it could just backfire and make them hate me and want to stall my application further _pale_ lol0

Have you been using the tracker? has it changed at all?
Yes been using the tracker occasionally although had been told it isn't very trust worthy
However have just been informed that mortgage offer has been sent in the post!!! Soooooo Happy.
If you don't hear today hopefully you will Monday, you were just a day behind us.0 -
One week to exchange and they have realised they have spelt my name wrong! Omgggg0

My Nationwide re-mortgage completed on 1st September as planned, and all seemed well on their end
However, my old mortgage provider Leeds BS appear to have taken another payment on 1st September at their standard interest rate?! Not so impressed by that!

Direct debits are set 10 days in advance. Cannot be stopped at a minutes notice. The money will be refunded so don't worry.0 -
Still nothing fro Nationwide since the underwriters question last week... Frustrating! I need to know if I'm getting the house or not!0

I'm feeling quite calm at the moment. Rather strange. Keeping busy in work which helps a lot.
I have been watching the tracker with Natwest but our application was put in last Tuesday and only now it is saying that they are looking at our wage slips, so I dont depend on that too much.0 -
I wish Nationwide had a tracker - my mortgage broker is the only person with direct access to find out progress. They will only call to chase every few days.0

II hope everyone else gets good news too."Sometimes life sucks....but the alternative is unacceptable."0 -

To be honest bigfoot...it's not great. Today has been the first time it has shown an update and it was submitted nearly a week ago.0
