I would say 'relax', but I understand why that's stupid for me to say.

You'd better get it after all this waiting/chasing!

We are at about the same stage as you (offer is in post, hopefully be on the mat when I arrive home today!). Anyway, from what I understand, the offer also goes to your solicitor. May be worth letting them know it's on it's way, or it may be that they have it already.

Have you paid solicitor for searches already? If not, you should be safe to do so now..I did that yesterday, and also asked if there is anything else i needed to do at the moment. She said that there isn't for now. My (amateur) suggestion would be to contact your solicitor to see if there is anything you can do right now. :o
Yes we had paid for search week ago.
Just call to my solicitors, they still don't received papers from bank

Our sellers are yet to buy anywhere, and asked if we would be happy to aim for July completion!

    Debt-free and Proud!
We have had an offer accepted so have been in touch with our broker and have received what she considers to be the best 3 options for our circumstances. Just waiting for DH to have a proper look and see if we both agree on the one to proceed with then will hopefully get things underway today! :o So very nervous, just waiting for everything to go wrong!

Hope you got some answers gjheward91
