New home after 3 years of private renting.
Matrimonial home in process of being sold.

    26/9/14 DIP Nationwide
30/10/14 Full application gone in successfully, there was a hiccup with it earlier in the week!
30/10/14 Text received from Nationwide to say funds set aside.

    ***********************************

Now the nail biting awaiting a text to say survey is booked!

Am I correct in thinking once they book that it means they are happy with the information and documentation supplied?

  • Barclays royally messed up our mortgage application so we are nervously waiting to hear back from natwest- not sure I will believe any of it until I have the keys in my hand though! Just hope the vendors haven't started to get nervous....

Waiting to hear from Nationwide. Applied via broker as I am a contractor.
    29/10/14 FMA
30/10/14 Text confirming survey scheduled on 03/11/14
    03/11/14 Survey
05/11/14 Text telling me survey was ok

While waiting for the offer I have found out that NW needs more paperwork for my wife's employment situation. Trying to sort this out with them via the broker, but the wait is killing me. I thought that they have verified everything before scheduling the valuation, but I was wrong.
