Nationwide have assessed the extra statements Nick sent in last week and these have been marked off as acceptable. The survey, as I think you know, has also been passed as acceptable.

Your file is going through whats known as a 'plausability review' at Nationwides end; basically it is the very final compliance and underwriting checks. I have been advised that this should move to a formal offer tomorrow for you. I will of course, let you know that this is the case and you may also receive a text from Nationwide!

Why can't they do the plausibility checks in the time they are waiting for the valuation to be done?

We have a case queued for this where the valuation was done and back last Thursday.

Do these plausibility check usually get done quite quickly? As in 1/2 days for example? Thanks

Same boat as yourself, see my timeline in previous posts.
Last extra document was provided on the 12.11, I have not had further updates since then.
Valuation done and approved 2 weeks ago.

Vinny, when you did your broker send the extra statements ?

Cheers. Ah, well, I give up trying to predict estimated time they will look at my papers. I put my faith in God now.
