You'll be fine, hopefully. The mortgage bit, (if your financials are in order) are relatively straightforward, it's the conveyancing bit and waiting to exchange bit afterwards, which is a blooming nightmare!
Fingers crossed! x0 -

that's good news Hells Bells
I was told that I have an offer in principle, they will give me a mortgage so long that I give them proof of having paid out some 'outstanding debts' (some credit cards and loans I had)
I paid them all off, I gave proof to 3 out of 5, waiting on the last 2 companies to send me letters and then that's it.
I won't be having a valuation yet, am waiting til next week to 'instruct'0 -

see above Hells Bells
my mortgage advisor today said that BS agreed to give me mortgage if I provide proof of having 'extinguished' some debts (which I have) so I have provided the mortgage advisor with proof for 3 out of the 5 debts (last two am waiting for letters in post). We are awaiting a few more days before we go ahead with valuation.0 -
Oh sorry I have just seen it. Well that's good news. Did you ever find out why the broker didn't get back to you on Friday? I really hope we hear something tomorrow.0
