    Congrats :j our valuation/HB is taken place tomorrow, its been a month since full application, so hoping we might know something by this time next week.

    So I've just read through our mortgage offer & my two middle names are back to front, is this something I need to get sorted?
    Also they didn't send the valuation report through with it, is that unusual? I would like to read through it...?

    Our valuation report came through on it's own, before the mortgage offer was sent out.

    Not sure about your middle names, someone with more knowledge will help am sure :)

    Who sent you the out valuation report? It doesn't sound like Halifax are going to send it me by judging by their email stating they were sending the mortgage offer through...no word of valuation?

    I'm with Halifax too but the valuation came straight from valuers I think? We got it through the post 2-3 days after valuation.
