Our full application is with Kensington since 19/4/21 valuation was carried out 22/5/21 we haven’t heard yet. Hopefully this week vendor is getting tired of waiting and I am getting too stressed to be honest.

Valuation by TSB completed last Friday, now waiting to know all is ok and we have the mortgage........

25/05 - mortgage advisor call direct with Barclays. DIP and hard check done. Provisional accept
26/05 - full app submitted
31/05 - notification through the Track it System that a in person valuation is needed.  

Track it still says the mortgage application hasn't started, but seeing as we're on the valuation stage i'm assuming this is an error and our advisor just hasn't ticked the right boxes!!

We finally had our valuation yesterday and it was submitted to Halifax, our broker is optimistic that it won’t be too long to wait now for an offer🤞. 

Anyone else have any updates?

Our full application was submitted to nationwide on 27/5 and a survey has been booked on the property we are selling and the one we are buying Friday. A hard search was done by NW on Saturday so hopefully this will be the last bit!

I've just been told that our offer should be out next week.....That will make it 4 weeks since our valuation came in, but we did have to submit an extra payslips after that, so if we do get it, it would be exactly 3 weeks from last documents sent 😩
The most stressful 3 weeks ever!!

I see you submited on the 15th of May. 

We submitted on the 19th of May then they asked for the Child benefit letter on the 26th, we had to wait nearly three weeks for the valuation as that was the next available appointment. 

I’ll be waiting to see when you get you get your offer and hopefully mine won’t be too far behind. 🤞

Our MA asked for everything prior to actually putting the full application through saved them actually having to ask for it. Literally just needed the extra payslip so 4 in total. Fingers crossed it won't be long for us both! 🤞

Have you had an offer yet? Our valuation done today....hope they don't take much longer I want to instruct solicitors as they're taking a long time as it is!
