@Niamh5664 Good Luck!  I hope it goes smoothly for you!
Thank you, the valuation/survey was today so just waiting to hear back, MA said it will probs be next week they issue an offer 😬😬😬
Hope you don't mind me joining in - I'm also waiting on Coventry! My valuation was on April 30th and I'm still waiting on the underwriter  :s I've been told to expect a full update early this week so really hoping I hear tomorrow!
No course not! Fingers crossed for you next week! We submitted our application through a MA on the 28th of April and was told it would be 2 weeks. Now she said today that it will probs be more like next week an offer is issued. The wait and suspense is really something else isn’t it. Can’t seem to think about anything else x

I am the same, I'm trying to not email my broker too often! My application went in through my broker on the 22nd April. I just want to know so we can start progressing - I'm not letting myself get excited about anything until I get the offer  :#
Do you check their service levels page? It won't let me post a link but it's the intermediaries website and they update how long on average they are issuing offers, it's 14 days at the mo and I'm on the 13th day!! Fingers crossed for us all

Joining you all in the agonising waiting stage.
Our mortgage valuation was supposed to take place on a Monday two weeks ago, and I spent all week stressing out about hearing back from them... and then on the Friday I found out the valuation had actually been moved to May 12! So now I'm worrying about the valuation all over again, and not sure if I'll hear by the end of this week or have to wait through another weekend.
Anyone applying with TSB, and have any experience of how soon you hear about the result of a valuation?

I’m exactly the same, trying to not get ahead of myself. My partner is so chilled about it but I just feel like I’m living and breathing it at the mo and can’t take my mind off it 😩 be 2 weeks tomorrow for us but we’re told it will probably be next week, so more like 3 weeks. Don’t think I can wait any longer 😂🤦‍♀️

I'm the absolute same 😂 my goalpost keeps moving on when I'll get a final update so I won't be surprised if it's next week for me too. I feel like my offer is going to show up in the post before my broker lets me know, I'm always chasing them 😂😩

Im in a similar boat, valuation with natwest on the 27th of April, not heard anything since then. Reading the forums has added to the nerves as it seems like most people get their offer quite soon after valuation.
Lost faith in the MA due to complete lack of communication and feared they have been holding thing up as the mortgage tracker mentions additional details being required (that the MA asnt asked us to provide). Today I even phoned Natwest who mentioned there were still documents from the 27th which they have received but havent checked, so the hold up is on there end and I may have overly harshly judged my MA (still have a lot to answer for).

Has your MA let you know if they've received the valuation report? I followed up with them a week after the valuation and they had then received the report but it was still in the queue to be reviewed so yours might be the same.
I don't have access to a tracker, I'd be refreshing it everyday! The only info I get is if my broker rings Coventry for an update so it's good you can keep on top of it that way too. Fingers crossed you hear soon!

So I actually got an email response from my MA today, mentioned that the Valuation came back 'as expected' (didnt give a figure but was apparently god news) and gave us the Natwest gifted deposit form to complete. So I will be prompting the wife to get her father to fill that out sooner rather than later and send it special delivery to the freepost address haha. Other than that I was advised it is still with the underwriters.
