If I like the property tomorrow il inform my broker and take it from there! I'm not sure what I would do if I do like? Make an offer and ask them to take it off? I feel like a pest to my broker at times! I know I'm paying him....but still.

I’m the same, landlord isn’t too bad but the flat we’re living in is not ideal at all for a family! 

As you said, you’re paying him so just ask any questions. You can’t be expected to know everything as a FTB!

Lorann_86 I honestly have no idea sorry!  we just passed our docs over to our mortgage broker and it wasn't referred or anything so not sure on that sorry! I hope it goes well though.
@Capri84 no neither of us have been furloughed, both been with our employers for a number or years so not sure what they look for there, good luck though!

Update - Application is still with the underwriters. Our broker thinks they are checking on slight inconsistencies in our application (the forms were given to the broker back in Feb so could be credit cards etc). A few more days wait!

Thank you, the valuation/survey was today so just waiting to hear back, MA said it will probs be next week they issue an offer 😬😬😬

@niamh5664 fingers crossed, ours was last Monday and we found out we had the offer on Friday because we chased our MA for an update, if not I think we may have only found out when the paperwork arrived in the post so hopefully yours is just as quick

God that would be nice! I’m so on edge! My MA keeps telling me stop worrying and there no need to worry but I just can’t help it 🙈

@niamh5664 I'm the same even now we have the mortgage offer! our seller hasn't found another property yet and we had our offer accepted beginning of April, I know things are going fast at the moment and there are bidding wars, and we rent so have said they can have the time they need but I'm really on edge they will get to the point they cant find anywhere, give up and pull out

Hope you don't mind me joining in - I'm also waiting on Coventry! My valuation was on April 30th and I'm still waiting on the underwriter  I've been told to expect a full update early this week so really hoping I hear tomorrow!
