From the point the offer is issued it takes a week to ten days for the paper offer to get to the borrower and solicitor. Due in no uncertain terms to Nationwide posting things second class!

Once it is offered, make sure your broker gets a soft copy off NFI Online, forwards to you and to solicitor and tells the solicitor to access the docs they will need via the Lawyers section on the Nationwide website.

Solicitors can obtain CoT, Mortgage Deed etc here;-

I had a case offered on 11 December last year and it completed on 20 December, despite the paper offer not arriving due to nationwide and the Christmas mail.

    So it's been offered?

Have you got your copy, so you can make sure it's right?

A paper offer from Nationwide by Tuesday when the case was only offered on Friday afternoon?

Yep, it's been offered. Broker said 'offer issued today so you, sol and me should get our copies in post by Tuesday at latest'.

I'm sure i'll be back on Tuesday annoucing that it hasn't arrived.... ;)

Is there any particular reason they haven't downloaded it from NFI Online for themselves and you?

    Was it a paper application?
