Hi Kingstreet,
Have you had anything back for your client today?
I phoned Natwest this morning and was told I should have an answer (if it would go to valuation) by close of business today. So I chased them again about half hour ago and was told there is actually a 2 day delay with the underwriters so may not hear anything until Tuesday. Understand it's going through a bit quicker then Santander applications but its torture hah.0 -

Our application is in the queue for an underwriter since last week, and apparently there has been a system problem since then that has caused a backlog... we can only wait.
Still waiting for a decision... call waiting times to get an update are extremely long (I gave up today). Hopefully a decision next week!0 -
We have just submitted our full mortgage application, had a call from the estate agent to say a surveyor has rung to value the house, is this normal before they have given us a mortgage offer0
