.. I must add that no one should send anything to this address unless they have been told in writing by The Mobile Outlet to do so(Bailiffs excepted).

..Hmmm I take your point about being cautious sending to the address they gave me over the phone, but right now the only way to guarantee claims arrive in time is to use an alternative carrier (DHL / City Link / Lynx Mail etc) - and they will need the actual address cos only Royal Mail post will be forwarded. Strange that TMO don't mention their office change on their website  .

By the way did you know that you can send mail by DHL from any "Staples" shop (there's a store finder tool at their website www.staples.co.uk) ? I only found out when I called DHL -it was only £5.99 for a 'next day' service (much cheaper than through DHL themselves  ) and no striking workforce to worry about!

Fingers crossed I will get my cashback. I am starting to wonder tho if it was all worth it. I heard from a friend that he got hard cash from a highstreet shop when he refused to sign up for all this bill-sending-in lark. Sometimes I feel like those compulsive joggers who want to keep fit in order to live longer, but looking back have spent all their extra time jogging :rotfl: .

I guess that your t's & c's stipulate that you have to 'forward' your claim within a tight time-frame, so as long as you have posted within this time-frame and they receive it, you have met the condition they have set out.

The new t's & c's give you 60 days, so no one has any excuse for not submitting their claim within plenty of time.

I'm glad that The Mobile Outlet don't have the change of address anywhere because it would lead to a lot of (extra) confusion.

As an ex-royal Mail employee with a rapidly decreasing pension, I will always use Royal Mail. :)

    hi,

less than a month ago, i have sent both the last claim for me and my sister in 1 envelope. Unfortunately, this wasn't signed for by Mobileoutlet and it was sent via recorded delivery.

Now, last week i got a confirmation letter from them (TMO) saying that my claim has been received and is being processed but my sister didnt receive any email from them like i did... This is really worrying...we used to send it together all the time previously and they used to confirm receipt of our bills together by sending emails to both me and her. providing recorded was normally signed for.

But is it because we have no proof of delivery by royal mail this time they are trying to to pretend they haven't received her claim although they did because they got mine?

We haven't yet contacted them but will do....but i need ur advice first on how best to deal with this?

    Thanks

    mira,

Last time you posted here you received an individual public response from The Mobile Outlet.

I suggest you send them a PM.

Reading this thread from the start will give you a hell of a lot of pointers of what to do. If you continue to use Recorded Delivery, you need to use them.:)

I see the board guides have had the scissors out again last night.

With that in mind I wonder if I might get some sensible replies to my earlier question :-
Can anyone give me a few pointers / links etc regarding getting the Courts to enforce an Order if TMO do not follow that Order

If I've upset anyone previously I of course apologise :o
