How crucial is the name of company and the address they are at when using Money Claims Online. I've had no dealings with TMO under the Mobile Matters Ltd name or at the registered company address, so it seems odd I would need to do so now.
However, I don't want to compromise my case, so I'd be grateful if anyone knows.
I have looked through the thread and elsewhere, but if I've missed it somehow, a pointer to the info would be great.
If I have missed it, and it is covered elsewhere, I 'll return and delete/edit this post, as can the person who tells me about it. This thread is very useful but very long and a few edits of non information posts and personal digs by some of the frequent contributors would make it a lot easier to search and look through.
On my court documents I put Mobile Matters (UK) trading as The Mobile Outlet0 -

I just a letter from Mobile Outlet that
"We have receive all bills however you omitted to send us full bill (excluding itemised pages)
You have not included the required pages of each bill, your application for cash back has been denied"
The first thing a I have always the first page first of bill where it say how much is the bill this month and what was paid last with thank you. and that is also I am sure confirmed by themobileoutlet here in forum.
I have sent them an email to customer service and a copy to forumqueries@themobileoutlet.co.uk
I have never had any problem with TMO in the past, and I am sure the forum query team will handle this matter nicely as usual.

Thank you Forum Query Team for sorting out my cash back claim.
Apparently what happen, it was a mistake as they mentioned, some dimwit messed up who did not read his own T&C :rotfl:
You might know as per new Term & Condition (T&C) you have to send the complete bill as pointed out below. (I do not know when they have changed it, It might have mentioned here but I did not come across any notification yet)
Quoted from T&C.
"11.4.3 send in your complete bills to us. These are not returned unless a self addressed envelope is provided."
while when I signed the T&C said.( I have copy )
""
11.0 Cash Back and Half Price Line Rental Entitlements
It is important that you read and understand the terms for claiming your cash back. In order to qualify for your cash back it is important that you comply with the exact terms of the relevant cash back. All cash back and half price rentals must be made in writing and within the relevant time limits. You must also send in original bills to us. Copies are NOT acceptable. It is your responsibility to make sure we receive them within the relevant time limits. Once we are receipt of your original documentation, please allow 28 days for delivery of cheques. Original bills are not returned unless a self addressed envelope is provided."""
Notice: Complete Bill (new T&C) and Original Bill (old T&C). the difference is that in original bill t&c only the front page was suffice where it says "Balance paid last month and Balance due this month" while now you have to send the whole bill.
anyway what I will do from now is send the whole damn bill next time to not give ANY chance and avoid any refusals of claims and Inconveniences to myself. I love CashBack deals and never gave any company a chance to refuse my claims until now as above.
I think it is good practice to download the T&C page the day you sign up with TMO for future reference.
Anyway I happy that its sorted now and thanks again to ForumQueryTeam for swift responses I love you guys:beer:.

computerbar,
The requirements of your contract requires you to send in the bills relevant to each claim. Nowhere does it say that you only need to send the 1st page.:)Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0 -
'Jack's Back
Ey up people..my, this thread's been busy since I last posted. Saint - how on earth did you of all people miss a trick ?? To say I'm suprised is an understatement....Mrs GunJack had to d@mn near pick me up of the floor when I read your post
anyhow, to business....thanks to the posters who put up the temp address and company info, you never know when they'll come in handy. As for myself, I'm waiting for my confirmed cb#4 of 5, and waiting for the postal backlog to clear to confirm the date of receipt of cb #5 of 5.
Brenda, K, etc., HIYA !!long time no post...will have to make more of an effort

titchieboy, can you confirm that you have now had your claim reinstated.
If so, why do you want to mess it up again.
Still on going with TMO 'forumsqueries' regarding my cb no 3 & to be fair they are responding politely and resonably fairly albeit sometimes slowly. Once everything pans out I will let you all know of my results but I may not be 'up the creek' as we all origonally thought;) . I don't however want to jeopordize my current rapor with them by spilling too many beans yet incase they are reading these posts! I would say though, that the polite, firm, factual corrispondance to them seems to be having the required affect rather than the tempting threatning, abusive responses!
The reason I may seem to be 'messing it up again' is that I think it maybe better to cut a deal with the 'provider' now and get a much cheaper rate for months 12 than holding on to the hope that my cb claim 5 will ever materialize based on my poor experience so far with my cb claims... although these may be resolved in next few days?;) Bill No 11 will not really be effected so cb claim 4 should be okay. Its six and half a dozen!
By the way , should I now be sending whole of bills just incase dispite being on old 't&c's?0 -

I don't know how it happened.
I have since regained my strength for the fight, and decided to send a Letter Before Action in an attempt to claw back my remaining cashbacks through the court system in one go, without the need for further claims, so it's worked out well in the end.:)
Knowing my luck, they will reinstate my claim and i'll have to jump through further hoopsNice one, Saint.

I hope you are not implying that I engineered this set of extraordinary coincidences. :AWell life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0 -

You are wise to exercise caution, as they do indeed read the posts on this thread.
BTW, I believe it's spelled "Rapport". (There are others) English lesson over.titchieboy wrote: »The reason I may seem to be 'messing it up again' is that I think it maybe better to cut a deal with the 'provider' now and get a much cheaper rate for months 12 than holding on to the hope that my cb claim 5 will ever materialize
Is your network provider willing to let you out of your contract early?
This is the only way that "Cutting a deal" now is better than waiting until the 11th hour.titchieboy wrote: »<snip>

If your t's & c's state that you only need to send the 1st page, then send only the 1st page.
The only time that I would send only the 1st page would be if you have it in writing from The Mobile Outlet that the 1st page is sufficient.
It would be a good thing for all claimants to do this at the start of their contract, but it's never too late. It saves on postage, and it's easier to keep a track of exactly what is sent.Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0 -

I know it does not say in T&C but I actually remembered a reply from ForumQueryTeam(FQT) to one of memeber here.

c) Letter, saying what the thing is for (save a copy)

Do I need to send ALL the pages of the bills or only the 1st page? I tried to phone them today, but no reply.
Hi Alpha,
You are not required to send the itemised pages of your bill. The top page of your bill will suffice.

Good news.
It would help others in similar situations if you would let us know what costs you asked for (and how you calculated them).0
