hey does anybody know what to do....
i still dont know much bout this site's forum how to use it i did ask this question in som other thread too but i m not really satisfied with the responces... there may be som but they not there yet i need some advice urgently..
i bought my contract fromTMO in March 2007
i thought had to send in bills 1-4 and bill 5-6 i guess i was wrong as the T&Cs say i should send bills 5-7... they sent me letter saying that..
i m no longer entitelled for no cashback and all the future payments would be cancelled...
i sent in the claim early not Late i sent in through registered post so i know they ot it and they know they got it too but it was early as i just received my bill 7 which i should have sent..
would it be ok if i send bill 7 with photo-copies of bills 5-6 as TMO got the origonals i sent them..
they say i am in breach of contract but the thing is f it was late claim application then it would have been and about late claims it does say on their T&Cs they you loose your payments but i sent it early ...
som other companies only charge a little admin fee for these kinda mistakes .. they dont reject all future payments ...
and i dont think its there any where in their T&Cs that if you send in early claim we wont pay you at all and cancell all the paymetns
why dont they ignor the earlier claim and let me send the right bill which is due this month ...
any body know of anything ....If electricty comes from electrons, does morality come from morons?0 -

TMO have said themselves on these threads that copies are acceptable, so all is not lost.
You have a;ready had very good advice Jay22: Quentin: "Consult professional advice"
Quentin has also said: "There will be no harm done in Jay22 submitting a proper claim - the worst will be them rejecting it, and if they do reject it there may be more room to sue, depending on the reason they give."
However you can, copies from the network or photocopies - send in the full claim with the correct bills at the correct time. That's it.0 -
Hi Shelby, I sure I can recall recently seeing a post about a positive judgement against a provider (cant recall if it was TMO or not) where the judge refused to allow information posted on this web forum to be presented as evidence....Cant remember where I red it now though
I think it was in the Phones4u thread about winning in court0 -
Thanks thesaint, if you could remove it that would be good.
I'm sure you can all understand why we've just removed some posts. It's a shame as some of them had some useful information in. Feel free to repost the information leaving out the squabbling.

Hi Benda
When you received your money from TMO (a little late), how late were the payments? I received my first “cash back accepted” email on 31/07/07, promising to pay within 10-14 days. I was just wondering, should I be more patient?
Many Thanks0 -

Well "brainbox_2k" i would say there is nothing wrong with you e-mailing them on their cashback e-mail address or call them and see what they say.
here are their contact details:
customer service: 01274 587070 or 0870 1999 333
address for cashback enquiries: cashback@themobileoutlet.co.ukIf electricty comes from electrons, does morality come from morons?0 -

Hi brainbox_2k,
you need to keep on top of this & chase your claim with TMO.
If you don't, they will do nothing....
Really, you should have been hassling them once the 28 days had elapsed since they received your claim.....
Send them a "polite" email reminder, asking for a definite payment date, and if they dont pay you by that date, escalate the matter via a Letter Before Action, then take them to court...0 -
Hi Brenda/GunJack,
whats the situation with your cashback #4 claims...0 -

since when did they anounce that they accept copies as i dont know whether they do or they dont, is it possible for you to find out when they starting accepting copies..?If electricty comes from electrons, does morality come from morons?0 -
Hi,
I recently submitted my 1st cashback claim. Yesterday i received a rejection letter, advising i hadn't included my 4th bill. Lie off course. I've got evidence, photocopies & had made a video before i sent my docs to them. I'll be writing a LBA giving them 10 working days to respond with a descision in my favour. Anyone had any similar experiences???0
