since when did they anounce that they accept copies as i dont know whether they do or they dont, is it possible for you to find out when they starting accepting copies..?
It was in one of the threads on here (I can't search for it now), but it has also been pointed out that that may not stand up in court as we can't even prove that the post was by TMO and it is in contradiction to their T&Cs.Toyota - 'Always a better way', avoid buying Toyota.0 -
Just keeping everyone updated I have now had all five payments from the MO now to complete my 12 month cashback contract. The first two were paid to me by cheque within 28 days and the remaining 3 were paid by bacs within 56 days.
It has been pretty easy for me as I have followed the strict guidelines that have been mentioned on this board. I did have to send two e-mails chasing them up for the last 2 cashbacks, otherwise it was not much hassle.
Orange offered me a good retentions deal for £15 a month so I have decided to stick with them instead of another cashback deal.
Thank you people for your advice!"He's a maniac, maniac that's for sure,

Hi,
I recently submitted my 1st cashback claim. Yesterday i received a rejection letter, advising i hadn't included my 4th bill. Lie off course. I've got evidence, photocopies & had made a video before i sent my docs to them. I'll be writing a LBA giving them 10 working days to respond with a descision in my favour. Anyone had any similar experiences???
Nice work Taz!0 -

I sent my first part of my cashback documents(phone bills from 1-4) to mobileoutlet with the despatch invoice and a hand-written letter stating that I've included all those above documents. A month later I've received a letter from them stating that I didn't include my despatch invoice. Bunch of liars! I have kept a scanned copy of the despatch invoice with me and sent the original invoice to them as per their T&Cs. How can I prove that I did send the required invoice and that they are lying to avoid paying me the cashback ? I am going to write to them asking them to 'look harder' in the envelope I had sent them for the invoice. Who else could I approach? Trading standards or ofcom?
Can mobileoutlet get away with saying anything outrageous like, I didn't send any of the required documents in the envelope? I can't have any proof that I did send them, can I, apart from my word?
Thanks for helping.Old Faithful we roam the range together,
Old Faithful in any kind of weather,
When the round up days are over,
And the Boulevard’s white with clover,
For you old faithful pal of mine.
Giddy up old fella cos the moon is yellow tonight,
Giddy up old fella cos the moon is mellow and bright,
There’s a coyote crying at the moon above,
Carry me back to the one I love,
And you old faithful pal of mine.0 -
