Hi Saint
Thanks for that.
Sry meant hopefully I will get away without paying anything0 -
Hello,
Just a quick update on cashback 5/5: It has been credited to my bank account today, 52 days and 2 emails after their receipt of my claim. Very late, I know, but i have been a bit distracted by giving birth to really be on top of things.
Anyway, it's time for me to say goodbye now as my dealings with TMO are over.:T
Good luck to all those who still have continuing contracts, and to those who are considering taking a contract out, please consider the postings on this forum before doing so. I expect I'll be lurking on here from time to time to see how things are going!

Congrtaulations on the birth of your baby Bollards.
Dealing with The Mobile Outlet will be the nearest I come to the pain of childbirth.

After the first claim where you are asked to submit your dispatch note, do people attach a letter/note with their subsequent claims?0

I always enclose a short covering letter indicating what I am claiming and the documents I have enclosed, including my order number and mobile number.....
HTH0 -
excellent advice from kltpz... ALWAYS include a covering letter stating the facts and keep copies of EVERYTHING !!......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple0 -
Yup it does sound like a good idea so that they have all the info they need to hand while processing your claim BUT the terms don't state that you have to include any covering letter which might give them a reason to reject your claim. It is MO after all!0

Hi meinnit,
GJ, Brenda & I have had 3 out of 3 successful claims so far.......and Brenda & GJ are now on their 4th....0 -
I was considering taking a contract out with MO as we have used them in the past wthout any problems, and then I read this thread. Having read through, my general understanding is that they seem to have problems paying cash back but if you accept the vouchers deal then there are no problems. Is this roughly correct? I don't really have any problems with vouchers as we tend to spend a lot at Argos and Homebase vouchers are always useable. Having read more of this forum there don't appear to be any reliable cash back companies about at the moment so now I am totally confused!0

There may be some confusion as the vouchers come from mobileshop.
Though no confusion in your last sentence which is 100% correct!0
