Hiya, I have recently signed up for a phone from TMO. Anyway, when I read their terms and conditions when signing up it said to send in their despatch note plus bills. I have just read it again and it has changed saying to send in redemption vouchers instead which I haven't been sent. I have e-mailed them to ask for them ... anything else I should do? Has anyone else had experience of this - do they actually send them? Many thanksHannah0

Hannah,
The t's & c's changed on the 1st of August, when did your contract start?
Mine started on 26 July ... so what do I do? Keep to the original t&cs? Although now I don't actually know what they are as they have changed them on their website! Is it just send the original despatch note with the first batch of bills? Are the instalment dates the same as the new ones? Many thanks!0 -
Yes, you keep to the t's & c's that you signed up to.
Probably best to have a read of this thread from the start, it's long, but your question has been answered before, and you will learn a lot of tips that you will need to make a sucessful claim.
You should've received a dispatch note with your t's & c's on the reverse side.
If you haven't got it, get one, hundreds of £'s are at stake. :AWell life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0 -
Thanks thesaint, I will start reading!0

Extracting what's rightfully yours from The Mobile Outlet is not what I would call a "Squabble", that's like saying Saddam was "Not a nice man"
What is £95 now? Your allowance?
How long did you leave between the LBA and submitting your claim?
Instead of 5 working days, it would've been better to state 7 days.
It's the same amount of time, but sounds more generous.
LBA stated 5 days. Submitted the claim 12 days after they received the LBA.0 -
Not sure why you're so rude.
I asked because you put your balance in brackets, like someone would benefit from knowing that you spent £25 in 3 days.
You were quite clearly being rude. I used the word amount instead of allowance, but everyone else knew what I meant.
Anyway, I've worked out the dates of when to send for cashback. But the last one says you send a bill proving you've been connected 360 days... If I cancel after 11 months then won't this show on my 360 days bill??0 -

DazzaMc,
I asked the question because T-Mobile changed the allowance last week, and it sounded like you were given an allowance of £95 instead of £120 because you beat the deadline by a day. I was actually seeing if you were being hoodwinked.
How you know I was being rude is beyond me, and how you know that everyone knew what you meant is even further beyond me.
Don't follow the crowd.
Good luck (I shan't try and help you further, to avoid further attacks) :AWell life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0
