We brought 2 identical contracts from tmo in May, have called tmo to ask whether it would be acceptable to sent both claims in one envelope. have been advised that this will be fine as long as a cover letter states the cash back is for two claims.

Does anyone have any experience of sending 2 claims in one envelope??

Both contracts are for the same address but belong to 2 different people.

    thanks

    I have 2 phones on 2 identical contracts that I send in 2 envelopes inside a 3rd - as grayme-m has said.

What he actually wants to know is not who else does it but whether or not doing it loses you your cashback.

I was hoping that you'd read from my statement that I was successfully claiming using this method. Perhaps my reply wasn't 'wordy' enough! ;)

Hi. Recieved my new phone today. So is the connection date today? As it doesn't say anywhere on the letter. So 120 days from now, I send the bill that comes after that period, with the voucher, and pray that I get the cashbacK?

The phone is rather beautiful by the way (sony w580i.) Not bad for free

Taken the plunge for this deal as well, but mine has not arrived yet. So have two things to hope for, firstly that quidco tracks successfully and the cash back goes smoothly.

Please could you tell us the exact wording of what is written on your vouchers.

Nobody can assist you until you tell us this.

Your "Connection Date" is the date you are connected to the network - not the date your 'phone arrived. Call your network (not The Mobile Outlet) to establish this. (Do that on the 'phone itself, if it's working; there will be no charge and it will not come out of your included minutes.)

Unless your 'phone is connected within the next seven days it is likely that you will lose your entire cashback entitlement without even having a chance to claim the first instalment.

So will anybody else who is not connected before Thursday, 23 August.

Then it wouldn't be a "free" 'phone - it would be a very expensive 'phone.

    Get on to this NOW.
